Terms Of Use

You agree to receive system level communications from LoPro. This can be in the form of email, text or phone calls as the occasion should require. The nature of these emails are strictly to facilitate the functionality of the app and will not include marketing emails of any kind. For more details, see our Privacy Policy

In the event any listing, company or account is not in accordance with the following Terms of Use. Our policy is to give notice to the account owner of the 'offending' content, who then has 24 hours to take action to remedy the situation. If action is not being taken within 24 hours, LoPro may suspend the 'offending' content. If the account owner continues to post 'offending' content, LoPro may permanently suspend the account

However, LoPro reserves the right to suspend, without warning, any activity we feel is a threat to the platform or intent of the platform.

  • returns or refunds
  • guarantees and warranties

• All transactions are solely between the customer and the company selling the products/services. LoPro accepts no responsibility for any part of the transaction, except where LoPro had direct action in the facilitation of the transaction.
• LoPro does not allow any illegal, explicit, offensive or vulgar content.
  • Illegal content - Any content which is explicitly forbidden by law in the jurisdiction it is intended to be sold. It is the sellers responsibility to make sure the product they sell is in accordance with the local laws.
    • Grounds for immediate suspension of the product, service.
    • Multiple offenses shall be grounds for suspension of account
  • Explicit content - Any pornographic or sexually suggestive content. This also includes images of models in attire that would be commonly viewed as indecent attire for public exposure or that are in suggestive or seductive poses or positions. The exceptions to this rule are: an image of a product in its original package, unless it is obviously pornographic in nature, or the product is being displayed on a non-human object (such as a manikin).
  • Offensive content - Any Content that is intended to be offensive towards any demographic of people.
  • Vulgar content - Any content that is commonly considered to be vulgar. i.e. curse words, vulgar slurs, offensive slang, etc.
